Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure seamless execution of all services.
- Financial Management: Manage the P&L, develop budgets, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Guest Experience: Act as the primary liaison for VIP guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a culture of excellence, engagement, and retention.
- Brand Standards: Uphold and enhance the luxury brand standards, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role at a luxury hotel.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications: Proven experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) and HRIS.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make sound, quick decisions under pressure.
