Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at the front desk including check-in/check-out processes
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries with professionalism
- Maintain lobby cleanliness and ensure hotel standards are met
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with reservation systems
