Responsibilities
- Execute front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room key management during evening and night hours.
- Perform nightly financial audits, reconciling accounts and ensuring accuracy of daily reports.
- Monitor hotel security systems and perimeter to ensure the safety of guests and property.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining high standards of luxury service.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to prepare rooms for the morning shift.
- Maintain the lobby and public areas, ensuring a welcoming and organized atmosphere.
- Assist in managing wake-up calls and special guest requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in front desk operations, night audit, or hospitality is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
