Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless service and high standards of cleanliness.
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of front-line staff, conduct performance reviews, and foster a positive work culture.
- Financial Management: Manage the P&L, control expenses, and develop strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
- Guest Relations: Build strong relationships with guests and resolve complex issues with empathy and efficiency to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Marketing & Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to drive group business and implement local marketing initiatives to boost visibility.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong working knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or Micros.
- Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and financial reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the hospitality industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
