Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
- Ensure 100% guest satisfaction by resolving complaints and exceeding expectations.
- Implement marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure optimal inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a senior supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and hospitality software.
- Valid hospitality management certification or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
