Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Manage the annual budget, financial reporting, and cost control measures.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of hospitality professionals.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Handle complex guest relations issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading successful teams and driving revenue growth.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
