Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using property management systems
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing transactions with precision
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues proactively
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requests
- Process payments and manage cash drawer responsibilities
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and professional appearance
- Implement emergency procedures and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Proficiency with Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Dallas attractions and transportation options
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for airport runs)
