Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue, increase market share, and maximize profitability.
- Manage the hotel's budget and P&L, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded through effective cost control.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, providing leadership, coaching, and development to the management team and staff.
- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction and resolve complex guest issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local community leaders, partners, and industry associations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
