Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest service.
- Financial Management: Manage P&L statements, budget forecasting, and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
- Guest Relations: Build strong relationships with guests and address any complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff, fostering a culture of excellence.

Qualifications
