Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety protocols, and guest satisfaction across all properties.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals to boost morale and productivity.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and P&L statements to maximize profitability and reduce waste.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and efficiency.
- Implement and enforce brand standards and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations, guest services, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
