Job Overview
Our Night Shift Agents are responsible for the seamless operation of the front desk during the overnight hours. You will act as the primary point of contact for guests checking in late or needing assistance throughout the night.
Responsibilities
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently using our modern property management system.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails regarding guest inquiries and reservations.
- Monitor security cameras and access points to ensure the safety and security of the property.
- Process payments and manage cash drawers with high accuracy.
- Report any maintenance issues or incidents to the appropriate department immediately.
- Ensure the lobby area is clean, well-lit, and welcoming for early morning arrivals.
- Assist guests with directions, recommendations, and local information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Reliable transportation is required (as the hotel is closed to the public).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
