As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. We offer comprehensive paid training, flexible scheduling, and excellent opportunities for career advancement within our growing portfolio of properties.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
- Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Assist guests with recommendations for local Ohio attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and issues are resolved promptly.
- Manage cash and credit card transactions accurately using our property management system.
- Address and resolve minor guest concerns, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- No prior hotel or hospitality experience required; we provide full paid training!
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
