Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout the guest journey
- Manage reservations and room assignments with precision Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and facilities
- Process payments and operate POS systems accurately
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
