- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Process reservations and maintain accurate guest records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Operate hotel management systems and point-of-sale terminals
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
- Uphold brand standards and cleanliness protocols
Qualifications
- No experience required - we provide paid training
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic computer proficiency
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
