Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process using property management software.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, professionalism, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Maintain the lobby, reception area, and public spaces to ensure a pristine and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure room readiness.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Handle cash handling and credit card transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
