Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Assistance: Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, answering questions, and providing directions or recommendations.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel lobby, reception area, and public spaces.
- Room Preparation: Assist housekeeping or front desk staff in preparing guest rooms to the highest standard of cleanliness and comfort.
- Communication: Relay messages to staff members and ensure clear communication between departments.
- Event Support: Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces and serving refreshments as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: No prior hospitality experience required. We value attitude over experience.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift light objects, and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning and maintenance.
- License: Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
