Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using Opera property management system
- Manage reservations and optimize room assignments
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service concerns promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute upselling strategies for premium room categories
- Maintain pristine lobby and reception area standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
