Responsibilities
- Guest Check-in & Check-out: Efficiently manage guest arrivals and departures using our property management system (PMS).
- Guest Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, answering inquiries, making reservations, and resolving issues with a smile.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle cash, credit card transactions accurately and maintain the front desk area in pristine condition.
- Communication: Relay messages to guests and staff, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments.
- Security & Safety: Monitor security cameras and access logs to ensure a safe environment for all guests and staff.
- Upselling & Sales: Promote hotel amenities, dining options, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We value attitude and work ethic over tenure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Professionalism: A professional appearance and a positive, customer-first mindset.
- Availability: Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
