Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk and via phone/email
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and guest inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate reservation records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Assist with event setup and guest amenities
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby/reception area
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
