Responsibilities
- Provide warm, welcoming greetings to arriving guests and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
- Maintain the pristine condition of public areas, including the lobby, hallways, and restrooms.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests via phone, email, or in person with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Assist in the daily operation of the front desk and concierge services.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process credit card payments securely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and dedicated work ethic.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and MS Office applications.
