Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and professional demeanor upon arrival.Assist with efficient check-in and check-out procedures using our property management system.Answer incoming phone calls and manage correspondence promptly and courteously.Provide local recommendations and assist guests with transportation and dining arrangements.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.No prior hospitality experience required. We are looking for eagerness to learn and grow.Strong verbal communication skills in English.Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.Basic computer literacy is a plus but not mandatory.Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.A friendly, outgoing personality and a commitment to service excellence.
