Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest service standards
- Train and supervise front desk agents, concierge, and bell staff teams
- Resolve complex guest complaints with discretion and professionalism
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and room inventory systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments
- Implement revenue management strategies for room bookings
- Conduct daily team briefings and performance reviews
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation data
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel front desk management experience
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Advanced proficiency in Opera/PMS systems
- Exceptional conflict resolution abilities
- Strong knowledge of DC tourism and local attractions
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
