Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas to exceed 5-star standards
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies meet luxury brand specifications
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with engineering team
- Adhere to strict safety and hygiene protocols including OSHA and CDC guidelines
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment efficiently and safely
- Provide exceptional guest service during room preparation and turndown services
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in luxury/hotel setting
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license preferred (shuttle service operations)
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and early shifts
- Attention to detail with impeccable organizational skills
- Basic English proficiency (Spanish fluency a plus)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
