Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during guest check-in/out processes
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room occupancy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly
- Assist with event setup and banquet services
- Maintain detailed logs of guest interactions
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (if required for role)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
