Your Role:
As a Guest Services Associate, you will be the friendly face of Grandview Manor. You will ensure our guests feel welcome, comfortable, and well-cared for during their stay.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, handling reservations and payments accurately.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities with professionalism.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and common spaces to uphold our high standards.
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and room readiness.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. We provide full training for the right candidates.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) software is a plus.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help others.
