Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and baggage handling.
- Greet and assist guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries efficiently.
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash reconciliation records.
- Monitor building security and access control systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with professionalism and grace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a front desk, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
