Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures using our modern Property Management System.
- Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints with poise and professionalism.
- Support the front desk team with concierge services and local recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hotel policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight.
