Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and deep-cleaning bathrooms
- Service common areas including lobbies, hallways, and elevators to maintain high standards
- Report maintenance issues and guest requests promptly to management
- Follow safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen rooms
- Complete daily assignment sheets and quality checklists
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to ensure timely room turnover
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Texas ID and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic English communication skills
