Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bed-making, vacuuming, and surface disinfection
- Restock amenities and ensure all guest supplies are replenished
- Deep clean bathrooms, scrub fixtures, and maintain sparkling standards
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly to management
- Manage housekeeping cart inventory and cleaning supplies efficiently
- Adhere to all safety protocols and brand cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with front desk team for room turnover coordination
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience in hotel/hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness excellence
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
- Basic English communication skills for guest interaction
- Reliable transportation to downtown El Paso location
