Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas to the highest standard of cleanliness.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and ensure amenities are stocked according to brand standards.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners in guest rooms and public areas.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage closets.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and sanitation regulations set by the hotel and local authorities.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8-10 hours per shift).
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Must be able to lift heavy items (linens, furniture, cleaning supplies) weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive work attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
