Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Bed Making: Professionally make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are fully stocked and organized.
- Trash Removal: Empty trash cans and ensure waste disposal areas are kept tidy.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Guest Service: Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with guests and team members.
- Inventory Management: Check and replenish cleaning supplies and amenities as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or cleaning is preferred but not always required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills are required.
