Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Restock amenities, linens, and supplies in guest suites.
- Ensure the safety and security of all guest areas and property.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
- Adhere to all company policies and health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the hotel.
