Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms including sanitizing surfaces, changing linens, and restocking amenities
- Service common areas (lobbies, elevators, fitness centers) to brand standards
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and guest feedback promptly to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA and CDC safety protocols for chemical handling
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen stock
- Complete shift reports and documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexibility for rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid KY driver's license (if transporting supplies)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic English proficiency for guest interaction
