Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, restrooms, and public areas to meet our high standards of hygiene.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, towels, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the Front Desk or Engineering immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Sort and launder linens, ensuring proper handling and organization.
- Operate cleaning equipment (vacuums, floor buffers) safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
