Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of guest rooms, suites, and public areas following brand standards
- Operate professional-grade cleaning equipment and inventory supplies efficiently
- Adhere to safety protocols including chemical handling and COVID-19 disinfection procedures
- Manage linen inventory and coordinate with laundry department for timely turnover
- Report maintenance issues and guest feedback promptly to management team
- Provide personalized guest service during room preparation and interactions
- Train on new sustainability initiatives and eco-friendly cleaning practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality cleaning experience
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced hotel environment with physical stamina
- Valid California driver's license (for supply transport between properties)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic English proficiency; bilingual Spanish preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
