Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities to exact specifications
- Report maintenance issues and lost items promptly to management
- Stock cleaning supplies and maintain organized storage areas
- Adhere to all safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Assist with deep cleaning projects during low-occupancy periods
- Provide exceptional service while maintaining guest privacy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Basic English communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid California driver's license (if applicable)
- Ability to pass background check
