Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations and optimize room assignments for weekend occupancy
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with swift solutions
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold cleanliness standards in lobby, dining, and common areas
- Support event operations and VIP guest services as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Minnesota Food Handler's Certificate
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
