Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless, sanitized, and well-maintained according to strict hotel standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and organize bathrooms with premium amenities and toiletries.
- Restock guest supplies such as soap, shampoo, towels, and coffee.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the guest floors and public spaces.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior hospitality or cleaning experience is required; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent time management skills.
