Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and common areas including vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
- Change bed linens and replenish towels/toiletries according to hotel standards
- Report maintenance issues and lost/found items to management promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures
- Stock cleaning supplies and maintain organized supply closets
- Assist with deep cleaning projects during low-occupancy periods
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to ensure timely room turnover
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required - we provide comprehensive training!
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
