Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standard of hygiene.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish guest amenities (soap, shampoo, towels).
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and stored properly.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor promptly.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols regarding COVID-19 and general safety.
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping or hospitality experience required; we train you!
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to work.
