Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, replenishing amenities, and ensuring all areas are spotless
- Stock cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is in good working condition
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide excellent customer service to guests when needed
- Work efficiently to meet daily room assignment goals
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license may be required for some positions
