Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms, public areas, and restrooms.
- Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and sanitize bathrooms to hotel standards.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and towels in guest rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the maintenance department immediately.
- Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Interact professionally and courteously with guests and colleagues.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all rooms are cleaned within the scheduled shift.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting and bending.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation and availability for shift work.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
