Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Change linens, replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.), and ensure rooms are fully stocked.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and team members at all times.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the engineering or management team.
- Follow all safety protocols and cleaning procedures strictly to ensure guest safety.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to maximize room turnover during busy shifts.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to shift locations in Baltimore.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus, but comprehensive training is provided.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
