Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, or maintenance departments
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas to brand standards
- Process check-ins/checkouts efficiently using hotel management systems
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve service issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak shifts and events
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Complete daily shift reports and inventory management tasks
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if driving company vehicle)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
