Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and deep-cleaning bathrooms
- Service and refresh public areas including lobbies, hallways, and conference spaces
- Operate commercial laundry equipment and maintain supply inventory
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly to management
- Adhere to all hotel safety protocols and sustainability standards
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless guest experiences
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Cleaning certification a plus
