Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 guest assistance with check-ins, check-outs, and special requests during night hours

- Perform nightly audits of front desk operations and financial transactions

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel or hospitality experience with night shift exposure
- Expert knowledge of New Orleans attractions, nightlife, and transportation
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS property management systems
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team communication
