Responsibilities

- Ensure that all linens, amenities, and supplies are stocked and ready for use.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues to ensure a positive stay experience.
- Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Follow all safety, security, and sanitation protocols strictly.
- Collaborate effectively with the front desk and housekeeping management team.
Qualifications
