Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to company standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replace amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) as needed.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors to ensure a pristine environment.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners throughout the assigned area.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stored safely and used efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior housekeeping experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally (linens, cleaning supplies).
- Basic reading and writing skills for completing logs and checklists.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
