Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to brand standards
- Replace linens, restock amenities, and maintain inventory of supplies
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and eco-friendly cleaning practices
- Collaborate with front desk and room service for seamless guest transitions
- Manage room status tracking and prioritization systems
- Train on new technologies and sustainability initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
