Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
- Maintain lobby areas, public spaces, and guest rooms to hotel standards
- Operate front desk systems including reservations and payment processing
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct security patrols and monitor surveillance systems
- Prepare reports and document incidents as required
Qualifications
